The New York Workers’ Compensation Board this week temporarily suspended the authorization of two physicians to treat injured workers.
One is accused of using a fake identification to buy drugs for himself. The other is accused of prescribing drugs to a family member without a valid medical reason.
The board on Wednesday suspended Dr. Paul Thomas Biddle of Orchard Park “until further notice,” presumably until criminal charges filed against him are resolved.
