The New York State Workers' Compensation Board (SWCB) unveiled its final draft of the prescription fee schedule required by Gov. Eliot Spitzer's 2007 reform package this week, with a 25% bonus for pharmacies willing to provide drugs in controverted cases.The proposed schedule implements a section of the Spitzer reform that allows carriers and self-insured employers to create pharmacy networks.
