New Rule Allows Commission to Audit Premium Tax Payments

Arkansas workers' compensation carriers will be required to submit policyholder information to the Workers' Compensation Commission so that it can verify accurate payment of premium taxes under a new rule that takes effect July 1, according to a notice in the latest edition of the state Register.
