Commission Revises Settlement Worksheet

The Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission has revised its form H-07, its settlement worksheet, and is advising parties to begin using the form immediately. The commission said it revised the form to reflect changes in the rules involving third-party claims. All questions on the settlement worksheet must be answered, the commission said in its notice.
