Insurers, Providers Square Off Over Dispute-Resolution Rule Challenge

A proposed rule that would allow the Florida Division of Workers' Compensation to step aside from medical fee disputes that involve managed care contracts is shaping up into a battle between insurers and medical providers.  Administrative Law Judge D.R.
