The Louisiana Supreme Court ruled that a district court committed reversible error in declaring a Lousiana fraud statute unconstitutional. In the case of In re Melancon, (no. 05-CA-1702) plaintiff filed a claim against his employer Pulmonary Care Specialists, Inc., seeking workers' compensation benefits.
