A New York City firefighter who was hit over the head from behind with a metal chair is not entitled to accidental disability benefits, according to a ruling from New York's highest court.The Court of Appeals denied Robert Walsh's attempt to obtain accidental disability benefits, and affirmed a decision to grant him ordinary disability benefits.
