Model Reciprocity Agreement for WC Claims Backed

The National Conference of Insurance Legislators (NCOIL) voted to support a model reciprocity agreement for workers' compensation insurance claims developed last year by the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions (IAIABC). NCOIL members endorsed the "The Model Agreement Between Jurisdictions to Govern Coordination of Claims and Coverage" at their summer meeting in Boston.
