A nurse's aide lost in her bid to have an examining physician's testimony impeached for saying he couldn't find any evidence of a herniated disk two weeks after the injury. The Pennysylvania Commonwealth Court issued an unreported opinion in Seltzer v. Worker's Compensation Appeal Board, No. 358 C.D. 2006 (8/2/06), rejecting Dorothy Seltzer's contention that the physician for her employer was incompetent.
