Perkins Appointed Admin Dir of WV WCC

The director of West Virginia's Division of Personnel is joining the new West Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission as director of administration, Executive Director Greg Burton announced yesterday. Nichelle D. Perkins, JD, of Charleston will take over the post on Oct. 1, the day Workers' Compensation formally severs administrative ties with the state Bureau of Employment Programs and becomes a separate agency.
