MI Bulletin Deadline for Claims Against Reliance

The Michigan Bureau of Workers' & Unemployment Compensation has issued the following bulletin regarding the Proof of Claim to all interested persons regarding the filing of claims against Reliance Insurance Co., in liquidation: The Michigan Property & Casualty Guaranty Association is responsible for handling "covered claims" on behalf of insolvent carriers.
