The Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance issued an order affirming the Workers' Compensation Rating Bureau's decision in a dispute by the bureau with Skil-Tech of Oshkosh.
"This action was based on allegations of an appeal from a Worker's Compensation Rating Bureau decision holding that no corrected unit statistical report must be filed by the workers' compensation insurer based on (the) Workers' Compensation Division's denial of additional benefits to an employee," the department reported.
