Concentra Completes Sale of First Notice

Concentra Operating Corp. announced last week it has completed the sale of First Notice Systems, a Boston-based provider of first notice of loss or injury services to carriers. Concentra, a Texas-based workers' compensation network provider, said it will apply about $25 million of the proceeds from the sale of First Notice to its senior-term debt. The Innovation Group purchased First Notice, which previously operated as a stand-alone unit within Concentra's network services business.
