The state has approved a 9.3% decrease to pure premiums for 2018, bringing to 45% the cumulative decrease in workers’ compensation costs since 2011, the state Workers’ Compensation Agency says.
Since 2011, employers have saved an estimated $446 million in premiums, says the agency, part of the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.
