The New Jersey Compensation Rating and Inspection Bureau has submitted a filing seeking a 5.1% decrease in the overall level of rates and rating values, effective Jan. 1.
The revision is based upon the most recent experience and an annual review of classification relativity, the bureau said in a notice issued on Monday.
