Workers' Comp Court Publishes Revised Rules of Procedure Online

The Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court announced on Friday that its revised rules of procedure are now available online in portable document format (pdf).Amendments to the court's non-adjudicatory Rules 26 and 65 were adopted at a May 9 public meeting.Rule 26 was updated to include the schedule of fees for medical services, which are effective June 1, 2012.Rule 65 deals with fees and costs for independent medical examiners.To reach the rules, go here.
