Proposed Rules Would Mandate EDI Next Year

The Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission has submitted to the Legislature and governor proposed amendments to four chapters of its rule book, according to a notice in Monday’s edition of the state Register. One of the more substantial changes would require documents to be filed via electronic data interchange starting on Jan. 1, 2018.
