The Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission has submitted to the Legislature and governor proposed amendments to four chapters of its rule book, according to a notice in Monday’s edition of the state Register.
One of the more substantial changes would require documents to be filed via electronic data interchange starting on Jan. 1, 2018. The commission will require all claim information to submitted using the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions’ Release 3 standards.
