Labor Department Adopting Permanent E-Filing Rules

Alaska’s Department of Labor and Workforce Development is amending its document filing rules to codify an order from 2015 allowing for the electronic submissions to the Division of Workers’ Compensation and Workers’ Compensation Board. The rules, which take effect April 9, eliminate the requirement in current law that documents be delivered either in person or by mail.
