Rand Posts Return-to-Work Recommendations

Rand Corp. posted to its website a report offering suggestions for increasing the number of injured workers receiving payments from the $120 million program California lawmakers created when passing Senate Bill 863 in 2012. Rand’s analysis of the Return-to-Work Supplemental Benefit Program found that about half of eligible workers are receiving a check from fund.
