Bill Heard to Bar Bonuses, Pension Contributions From Premium Calculations

The Missouri Senate’s Small Business Committee on Tuesday held a hearing on a bill that would bar insurers for charging additional premium to employers who pay employees bonuses or contribute to their retirement plans.
