Quinn Appoints Arbitrators from both Claimant and Defense Sides

Illinois Gov. Patrick Quinn, running for re-election against a strong Republican opponent, split it down the middle in appointing four new arbitrators to the Workers' Compensation Commission. Two of the lawyers have represented claimants and the other two come from the defense side.
