Claimants' Attorneys: Proposed Protz Fix Unconstitutional

Two Pennsylvania claimants’ attorneys, including the one who represented Mary Ann Protz in a case that led to the elimination of impairment rating evaluations, said Wednesday that a proposed bill aimed at reinstating IREs is unconstitutional because it contains a retroactive provision. House Bill 1840, sponsored by Rep.
