WCD Posts Comments and Responses on Medical Payment Rules

The Oregon Workers' Compensation Division on Wednesday posted online the entire written and oral testimony presented before the division adopted new rules that restricted the ability of preferred provider organizations (PPOs) to pay discounted rates to medical providers.The division posted 64 written comments in addition to a transcript of oral testimony given during public hearings in Salem on Nov. 20 and Nov. 24.
