An insurer denies that a property adjuster's heart condition resulted from unsanitary conditions in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina, though the man's doctors say otherwise. Tim Bell has been diagnosed with congestive heart failure and insists that he'll keeping pressing his claim, he told WFAA-TV station in Dallas-Fort Worth. Bell reportedly spent months working around New Orleans after last fall's hurricane unleashed flooding and destruction in the city.
