Court Upholds Award to Worker for Knee, Back Injuries

The Mississippi Court of Appeals upheld an award of benefits to a worker for a knee injury and for a back injury that was caused by a fall when his knee unexpectedly gave way. Case: Prairie Farms Dairy v. Graham, No. 2017-WC-01437-COA, 07/17/2018, published. Facts: Gregory Graham worked for Prairie Farms Dairy.
