First Cardinal Switches to LLC Status

First Cardinal Corp. has changed its name to First Cardinal LLC, the workers' compensation insurer announced. The company explained the change was made for corporate tax purposes. "Customers, including self-insurance group members, insureds, and claimants, will not see any difference in First Cardinal's premier workers' compensation services in New York, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, Texas, and Illinois," a company announcement said.
