SAN FRANCISCO -- Administrative Director Andrea Hoch got an earful from injured workers in red t-shirts on Monday, during a four-hour hearing that started with a tongue lashing from a former state Senate president and toward the end brought a lecture on morality by a lobbyist.
California Applicants' Attorney Association legislative consultant Mark Gerlach summed up the testimony of about 20 injured workers who spoke during what may be the final public hearing on the Division of Workers' Compensation proposed disability rating plan.
