Attorney Asks Delay on Disputes Involving Alleged Racketeering

An Austin attorney has asked the Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) to delay action on dispute-resolution proceedings and to consider possible sanctions against health care providers named in a federal racketeering complaint alleging millions of dollars in losses to insurers.
