SAIF Announces $7.9 Million Retro Return for AGC Program

Oregon’s SAIF Corp. announced a $7.9 million retrospective return for the 638 companies that participated in the group workers’ compensation program it runs with the Associated General Contractors. The retro return represents 22.2% of premiums paid during the 2016-17 year, SAIF said in a statement. SAIF said its retro program has paid a return to AGC members in 25 of the 26 years that the program has existed. Total returns over the lifetime of the program exceed $108 million, according to SAIF.
