Insurance Investigator Named DWC's Chief Fraud Fighter

The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation has hired an insurance company investigator as deputy commissioner of compliance and investigations. Timothy P. Riley had been vice president of special investigations for Texas Mutual Insurance Co., and previously served as a senior staff attorney with Texas Mutual and as a staff attorney for the DWC’s predecessor agency, the state Workers’ Compensation Commission.
