California state agencies would be required to share with each other information about suspected workers’ compensation fraud except when doing so might compromise an investigation or violate federal law, under a bill that the Senate Insurance Committee passed. The committee on June 27 voted 12-0 to pass AB 2046, by Assemblyman Tom Daly, D-Anaheim.
