IWIF Chief Appointed President of State Funds Group

Thomas Phelan, president and CEO of Injured Workers' Insurance Fund (IWIF) Workers' Compensation Insurance, has been appointed president of the American Association of State Compensation Insurance Funds (AASCIF).IWIF said in a news release that the AASCIF represents workers' compensation funds from 26 states and eight workers' compensation boards in Canada.Phelan will serve a two-year term as president beginning on Jan. 1, 2013, and will be responsible for overseeing AASCIF's executive committee and operational needs.Source: IWIFbody {background: #FFF;}body {background: #FF...
