Supreme Court Won't Decide Whether MPN Doctors' Opinions Are Subject to UR/IMR

The California Supreme Court will not be weighing in on a dispute over an employer's ability to refer a treatment recommendation from a doctor within its own medical provider network through utilization review and independent medical review.
