Oregon’s Management Labor-Advisory Committee will continue its review of workers’ compensation bills during a meeting Friday in Salem.
Work comp policy bills on the agenda for the meeting include:
HB 3003, which would allow formerly self-insured employers to recover security deposits sooner by allowing the state to accept a paid-up policy covering the liability for claims incurred during the self-insured period at any time.
