A new bill was introduced Thursday to require Florida employers to comply with specified provisions relating to the unlawful employment of undocumented workers, unfair immigration-related employment practices, and financial and criminal penalties for violations.
Senate Bill 1568 is sponsored by Sen. Gary Farmer, D-Fort Lauderdale.
