TPA North American Risk Services Promotes 2 to Director Positions

Third-party administrator North American Risk Services (NARS) appointed two new departmental directors, the company announced Thursday. Elaina Delhardt is the new director of quality assurance, and Karen O'Keefe-Payne is the new director of project management. Delhardt will lead account management efforts in her new role. Her first insurance job came after her 2002 graduation from East Carolina University. She worked as a claims specialist and claims team leader at The Hartford.
