California may be shaping up as a battleground for workers’ comp telemedicine services, as one major occupational medicine provider has chosen the Golden State as its starting point for telemedicine, just as another player has added telemedicine to its provider networks.
Concentra, which runs more than 300 medical centers in 40 states, said last month that it was expecting to see its first California telemedicine patients in May.
