The Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission (WCC) advised that its Request for Document Correction Form, C90R, can only be used to correct undisputed factual errors in documents filed as part of workers' compensation claims.WCC said in a regulatory notice that factual disputes should be resolved at a hearing.
