AGC, SAIF Corp. Returning $9.9 Million to Contractors

Oregon employers participating in the workers’ compensation program jointly administered by Associated General Contractors and SAIF Corp. will receive $9.9 million in retrospective premium returns in August. SAIF Corp., Oregon’s largest workers’ compensation carrier, said in a statement that the return amounts to 30.2% of premiums paid by 642 employers that participated in the program during the 2015-2016 policy year.
