A federal judge in Southern California postponed until next year the sentencing of a chiropractor and applicants’ attorney who pleaded guilty to charges relating to illegal referral schemes.
At the same time, U.S. District Court Judge Cynthia Bashant delayed until December the sentencing of an administrator charged in a capping scheme. Bashant on Friday signed an order continuing sentencing of Fermin Iglesias from June 31 to Dec. 18.
