IWCC Announces Death of Administrator Robert Falcioni

The Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission announced that arbitrator Robert Falcioni died on Wednesday. Falcioni was one of the commission’s “Downstate” arbitrators, covering Zone 4 and conducting hearings in Kankakee, New Lenox and Ottawa. The commission said any contracts that need to be reviewed should be forwarded to Zone 4 arbitrators Christine Ory or Carolyn Doherty.
