Bureau Notifies Stakeholders of Online Requirements

The Bureau of Workers’ Compensation says in a notice to all insurers that upon acceptance of their medical fee review applications, emails will be sent to the health care services review contact address identified on their online profiles. The emails will indicate that a letter of investigation requesting insurers’ input is present on their Workers’ Compensation Automation and Integration System (WCAIS) dashboard, the agency said.
