The California Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued $5,800 in citations to a contractor on the Bay Bridge project in San Francisco after finding discrepencies between actual injuries and injuries logged by the company.
Cal/OSHA said in a press release that it issued three citations to KFM, a joint venture that has been constructing a new eastern span of the Bay Bridge running from Oakland to Treasure Island.
