DWC Sends Final Draft of MPN Regs to OAL

The DWC said it made some minor modifications to the proposal after extending the comment period on the regulations for a third time on July 13. The proposed rules were first released for a 45-day comment period on Dec. 15, but there was so much public comment that the agency accepted testimony in three subsequent 15-day public comment periods.
