The United States Attorneys office reports that a military police officer and an investigator for the Department of Homeland Security were charged Thursday with working different jobs while receiving worker's compensation temporary disability benefits.
Luis Figueroa, 54, of Queens, N.Y., and Rene Guerrero, 47, of Bloomfield, N.J., were charged with federal workers compensation fraud, reports U.S. Attorney Christopher J. Christie.
