Travelers to Announce Asbestos Reserve Study

On January 14, 2003, Travelers Property Casualty Corp. will release the results of the previously announced study of the company's asbestos reserves and will host a live webcast at 8:30 a.m. (EST). Travelers management will also provide an estimate of earnings for the fourth quarter of 2002 and the earnings outlook for 2003.
