USI Holdings Buys Calif. Employee Benefits Brokerage

USI Holdings Corp. announced Thursday the acquisition of a Woodland Hills, Calif.-based retail employee benefits brokerage business with approximately $3.5 million of annual revenues. The business was founded by Rudi U. Weinberg and has operated under the Pavlo, Weinberg & Associates name for several years, USI Holdings said in a press release.
