Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has appointed Robert Pacheco of Walnut as the public member to the Occupational Safety and Health Appeals Board, according to an anticlimatic announcement Friday by the California Department of Industrial Relations.
The Orange County Register had reported Pachecho's selection earlier in the week. He fills the vacancy on the three-member appeals panel.
