HCC Announces 32nd Consecutive Cash Dividend

HCC Insurance Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:HCC)Monday announced its 32nd consecutive quarterly cash dividend. Stephen L. Way, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, stated that the Board of Directors had declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.0750 per share on the Company's shares of $1.00 par value common stock. This dividend is payable to shareholders of record on July 2, 2004 and will be paid on or about July 16, 2004.
