LA Employer Cited $121K Due to High Injury Rate

A Hessmer, La., employer's alleged failure to protect employees from a wide range of hazards has resulted in citations for 49 alleged violations of safety and health standards from the U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Proposed penalties total $121,050.
